I Purchased a Dual Ah 35 From Gorox Electrical On 7 Sept, 2021. After 10 Days I Faced Multiple Issues.
1 - Handle Lock Is Not Working
2 - MCB Of the Vehicle Gets Off Automatically Several Times a Day So I Have To Turn It On Manually So That I Can Commute.
3 - Charger Not Working Properly
4 - the Vehicle Makes Too Much Noise While Driving.
5 Battery Under Performing
It Seems That the Dealer Has Handed Over a Used Bike Or He Has Changed Parts Of the Scooter or Manufacturing Defects. the Dealer Refused To Repair/replace the Scooter And He Directed Me To a Nearby Showroom For Service. I Called And Sent Mails To Okinawa Company Several Times But It Did Not Reply. Anyhow, I Managed To Get the Scooter Repaired From Okhla Showroom.
Now The Motor Of My Scooter Is Not Working & I Got It Repaired 3 Times In the Last 6 Months. the Motor Is Under Warranty But the Dealers/companies Are Not Replacing It.

Now I am planning to file a consumer case and seek compensation for all the harassment and mental agony I have faced in the last 1 and half years. Here is the timeline of my life journey with an Okinawa scooter which was no less than a tragedy.

I contacted Gorox and requested to repair or replace the scooter. It refused to replace or provide any after sales service and directed me to other nearby dealers. It also threatened to take legal action if I took the vehicle to its showroom or made any complaint to the company.

I called to Okinawa Customer Care Number and the representative provide me the name of address of service centers

I Visited Okinawa Dream ride showroom and the agency replaced the MCB and repaired the lock and break issues. The 1st service of the scooter was also done. But the issue of charger and battery was not resolved properly.

After using the scooter for 4 months, the performance of the battery went down, it gave only 30 to 35 average per charge. I visited Sigma Enterprises but the dealer refused to provide service and directed me to the dealer from where I have purchased the vehicle. After I complained to the Okinawa company, the dealer agreed to register a fake battery complaint. The back hood of my scooter was broken and I registered a claim from the insurance company but Sigma Enterprises refused to cooperate in the claim process and did not provide the hood.

After Several Visits and reminders to Sigma Enterprises, the battery problem was not resolved. Everytime the dealer makes some excuses. Finally I fed up and decided to visit other dealership

I also decided to take help of social media to put pressure on the dealership and company to avail after sales services. I wrote several reviews about the dealership and Company on consumer advocacy sites.

I Contacted Moissanite Automobiles, initially it refused to provide any service and directed me to the dealer from where I have purchased the scooter. But after complaint the dealership agreed to provide the service. But the battery was not replaced.

After hearing the incidents of okinawa scooters burning due to faulty batteries, I wrote a mail to the company requesting to replace the battery of my scooter. Battery of my scooter was charging only 70% giving an average run of 25 to 30 kilometers only. But the Company did not pay any heed.

My Okinawa Dual Ah 35 Is Charging 70% & Giving a Mileage Of 30 Km. I Gave the Vehicle At Okhla Showroom On 5th Sept For Battery Repair/replacement.
But Even After 10 Days, the Issue Is Not Resolved.

When Dealers and company did not help me with the battery issue. I wrote a mail to the battery provider (Lohum) and he directed the dealer to file a formal complaint and request replacement of the battery.

My scooter was at Moissanite Automobiles for one month for battery replacement. After the battery problem was Solved, I began to face the motor issue. The scooter used to stop suddenly with loud noise and some ehh text showed on the speedometer. It seemed that showroom people had either changed the motor of my vehicle or damaged it.

My scooter was not running due to a motor problem, so I took it to the nearby showroom Sigma enterprises and the agency repaired the motor of the scooter.

Just after two months, the motor again stopped working and I took the vehicle to the Sigma enterprises. In the process of opening the motor, the untrained Mechanic (Raju) damaged the motor. After that he got the motor welded from a shop. But the motor was not working properly and the mechanic could not repair it.

I took the vehicle to the Moissanite Automobiles, but after looking at the condition of the motor it sent me back to the sigma enterprises. I requested okinawa company to repair or replace the motor of my vehicle as it is under the warranty period (3 Year)

I took my vehicle back to Sigma Enterprises and requested to replace the motor because it was under warranty. Initially the dealership refused but under the pressure of the Okinawa company it somehow repaired the motor. But the motor again stopped working after a few days.

I called the customer care number of the company, sent an email, contacted on social media and requested to replace the motor of my scooter as it is under warranty. But the company did not help so far.
